Bloomberg: Office Tours

Office Tours is a short-form video series that showcases Bloomberg’s global footprint through the lens of its architecturally distinctive office spaces—from New York and London to São Paulo, Tokyo, and Frankfurt.

It was the first net-new video concept launched after I joined to lead organic social, and it quickly became Bloomberg’s top-performing social series of all time.

The idea was simple: take viewers behind the scenes of Bloomberg’s offices to build brand equity and increase awareness among prospective hires and the general public. The execution leaned on social-native storytelling—vertical-first, iPhone-shot, voiceover-optional, and cut for under 90 seconds. Each episode paired modern office design with quick, polished captioning to highlight unique office features and local context.

Understanding the effectiveness of content centered on our workplace, we quickly extended the idea into a complementary static series called Office Views. This spin-off used editorial photography and paired it with location-specific facts, allowing us to scale the theme without new video production.
