I joined Bloomberg as the company’s first dedicated organic social media manager—a new role at the time—and was tasked with modernizing a fragmented, inconsistent channel strategy into something audience-led, editorially sharp, and performance-driven.
I overhauled our approach from the ground up. I sunset ineffective channels, introduced a reporting system and cadence, and pivoted our content model from ad hoc to episodic. I launched high-performing series like Office Tours, Office Views, Keyboard Rewind, Pro Tips, and Functions for the Market—many of which became some of Bloomberg’s top-performing social content ever. These series were not just social plays—they were picked up in paid campaigns, distributed on Terminal, and displayed across 50+ Bloomberg officies globally.
In mid-2024, I was promoted to lead the full Organic & Paid Media team. While still carrying social responsibilities through the transition, I began managing a team of seven, introduced creative and strategic process updates, and built the operational foundation for paid expansion. During this time, I also led the development of Bloomberg’s first organic social playbook and partnered on execution of multi-channel, lead-generating campaigns across social and more.
